• Safari booking inquiry form: name, email address, phone number, selected country, selected destinations, number of people, travel dates, and estimated trip price.
• Service booking inquiry form: name, email address, phone number, service selected, travel dates, optional notes, group size, and estimated service price.
• Optional analytics data: limited technical and usage information only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

How we use your data

We use inquiry and booking information to reply to you, prepare a quote or itinerary, confirm availability, organize safari services, keep a record of our communications, and protect the website and business from misuse. If you accept optional analytics, we also use limited website usage information to understand traffic and improve the site.

• Payment confirmations, receipts, and transfer records shared with us: we aim to keep these for up to 7 years where needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes.

We may keep information for longer where required by law, where a dispute or claim is ongoing, or where we reasonably need it to protect our legal position. We may also delete information sooner where it is no longer needed.
